Every submission receives a timestamped, verifiable record from the moment you submit — permanent proof of who made what, and when.

Every member of the Forge community agrees to honor registered works. Within our ecosystem, your creations are protected by contract — and we enforce it.

Forge works are built on the Godseed universe, which is protected intellectual property. Copying your work outside our ecosystem infringes on the universe itself — and we can act where an individual creator could not. Registered works are also monitored by Epic Dreams AI Solutions, our sister company, which watches for unauthorized use beyond our ecosystem. When something is found, a human reviews it — and we act.

We provide tools, guidance, and documentation practices designed to maximize the legally protectable human authorship in everything you create — including automatic records of your original contributions.

Plain language, always: purely AI-generated elements may not qualify for copyright protection under current law. We tell you exactly where legal protection ends and our contractual protection begins — no fine print, no surprises.
