The Godseed Universe
The gods are dead. Their killer wears heaven's crown. And their seeds are sprouting in mortal hands.
Twelve worlds once turned in harmony around the sun of Astra, each stewarded by a twin pair of gods — brother and sister, light face and dark face of a single domain. Then Athis, God of War and Crafts, decided there should be only one god. In a single night, his disciples murdered the entire pantheon. But the dying gods hid their essences inside their holiest relics — the God Seeds — and cast them beyond their brother's sight. For eons they slept. Then, on an ordinary day, a drowning boy closed his hand around a sharp stone at the bottom of a pond, and everything woke up.
The World
Astra is a solar system of twelve connected worlds. Every living thing in them — plant, beast, spirit, and person — carries a rank, from lowly G to the legendary heights of SSS. Through the System, an ancient and indestructible framework bound to every soul, mortals absorb Soul Stones, earn Soul Points, and purchase divine skills at Temple altars. Rank is more than power: it is citizenship, marriage rights, office, and survival itself.
But the worlds are not what they were. Under the Tyrant's rule, paradise was remade into twelve unique hells. The old gods' creations were twisted into monsters. Living intelligences called Dungeon Cores build pocket realms of traps and treasure where adventurers grow strong — or die trying. Vast lands and seas remain unexplored. Mystery and danger are the price of a map.

Factions & Powers
The Dominion of Athis
The last living god renamed civilization after himself. His Temples stand in every city; his System Store sells the skills that make killing easy; his twenty-three immortal disciples — the original god-slayers — walk the worlds hunting the thing they fear most: the return of the family they murdered.
The Godlings
Mortals soul-bonded to God Seeds — twenty-four relics carrying the essence of the slain pantheon. A Seed grows as its bearer grows, granting gifts no Temple Store can sell. But every bond walks toward a fork: the Seed may resurrect its dead god by overwriting the mortal — or the mortal's will may prove strong enough to become a wholly new god and claim the vacant station.
The Arrowhead
The 24th Seed is unlike the rest. Shot through Athis's heart by the dying huntress Luna, it carries her killing intent fused with a stolen piece of the Tyrant's own soul. It exists for one purpose: to find the god who cannot die — and end him. Its bearer is a boy the world overlooked.
The Keeper-Order
A secret fellowship descended from Athena's last student, charged: "In the darkest night, create beauty and light." For eons they preserved fragments of the erased truth — waiting for the day the Seeds would wake.
The Saga
Book One: The Arrowhead of Athis. A disabled Freeman boy — lowest rank in the Dominion, one step above a slave — survives the day he should have drowned, and wakes bonded to the most dangerous relic in existence. Every godling he meets carries a dead god's hope. Every disciple of the Tyrant carries a weapon made to kill gods. To reach citizenship, to protect his family, to become someone the Seed cannot swallow, he must climb a ladder of ranks built by the very god his relic exists to destroy.
The God Seed Chronicles is a progression-fantasy saga told across novels, a tabletop roleplaying game, a strategy card game, and graphic novels — one canon, every format. The pantheon will return. The only question is what kind of gods they will be.
Godseed graphic novels are in development for release here and on Crypto Comics, the digital comics marketplace from ApogeeInvent, an independent company.
